PIN	Unique ID participants use to access the system.
Stcode	Additional unique ID that automatically increments per study starting at 6000 unless otherwise assigned by the study team.
Consent	Study Consent (1=yes, 2=no, 3=test).

Age	Age
DOB	Date of Birth
Race	Race is a bitwise response type. Therefore, data will be cumulative of all responses selected. Please see data dictionary for coding.
Ethncty	Ethnicity
Site	Location where participant was recruited or registered; default equals internet.
DteAppch	Date at which a participant self-registered for an assessment. Date format is month, day, year (mm/dd/yyyy).
RegCmmnt	Registration comments added by study staff. Comments are not available for participant input.
RegDte	Date when a participant completed the registration form(s). Date format is month, day, year (mm/dd/yyyy).
Baseline	Date when participant starts first assessment. Date format is month, day, year (mm/dd/yyyy).
OffStdy	Reason a participant stopped participating in a study (e.g., passed away).
NonEnrll	Reason which was provided for not participating in a study (e.g., time constraints).
