An export (CSV file) that contains all registration data for a particular study. (e.g. race, gender, name, etc.). This file may contain protected health information (PHI) so security measures and confidentiality must be considered and maintained. Only team members with “Data and Statistics Administrator” rights (Team link on Study list page) can download this file. All registration fields are optional. Therefore, some fields may not be populated.

The file name and where to store it (e.g., on your hard drive) must be indicated by the individual exporting the file.
