An export (CSV file) that contains all applicable consent data for a particular study. (e.g. endorsement text, date of endorsement etc.). This file may contain protected health information (PHI) so security measures and confidentiality must be considered and maintained. Only team members with “Data and Statistics Administrator” rights (Team link on Study list page) can download this file.  The inclusion of consent fields is optional. Therefore, some fields may not be populated.
