Fields: Participant Details Page Here is information about the fields (features) on Participant Details page on the Administration tab.
Age	This field should be used to record a participant’s age. NOTE: This is an optional field.
DOB	This field should be used to record a participant’s date of birth. NOTE: This is an optional field.
Gender	This field is used to indicate the gender of a participant. NOTE: This is an optional field.
Ethnicity	This field indicates whether a participant’s ethnicity.   NOTE: This is an optional field.
Race	This field should be used to record a participant’s race. NOTE: This is an optional field.
Doctor	This dropdown list is not currently enabled in Assessment Center.
Comments	This field allows researchers to add additional information about a certain participant. This is an open text field.  Information that is pertinent to the study should be entered here, e.g. participant is hard of hearing. NOTE: This is an optional field.
