Fields: Registration Details Page
Here is information about the fields (features) on the Registration Details page of the Administration tab.

If no additions or revisions were made to study arms on the Advanced Set-up page, the only option here will be “default”.

This field is intended to be completed by the researcher or automatically assigned by the system, i.e. when a participant completes a study using self-registration, Assessment Center will assign them to a study arm.

NOTE: This field is required.

Schedule
This will indicate the schedule by which a participant must complete the assessments. Currently, there can only be one schedule per study.  Therefore, the only Schedule option will be “default”.

This field is intended to be completed by the researcher or automatically by the system, i.e. when a participant completes a study using self-registration, Assessment Center will assign them to the appropriate schedule.

NOTE: This field is required.

Date Approach
This field should reflect the date a participant was first informed of the study. This date is often the same as the baseline date as many participants will be approached and complete the first assessment on the same day.

This field is intended to be completed by the researcher or automatically by the system, i.e. when a participant completes a study using self-registration, Assessment Center will populate the Date Approach field.

NOTE: This field is required.

Site
This is a dropdown list of all the sites included in this particular study. Currently, there can only be one site per study. Therefore, the only site option will be “internet”.

NOTE: This field is required.

This field allows study staff to create a login.  To enable the login field, check the “Create Participant Login” box.  If a researcher does not create a login, the system will generate a login and password for the participant upon registration.

The login must be between 5 and 10 characters long, may contain both letters and number and may not contain spaces or special characters.

NOTE: This field is optional.

Password
This field indicates the password a participant will use to access the system to complete an assessment or future assessments.

This field is intended to be completed by the researcher or automatically by the system. When a participant completes a study using self-registration, Assessment Center will populate the Password field and will display Password prior to the start of the assessment so that they may re-enter Assessment Center to complete the assessment(s).  When a researcher registers a participant from within Administration, they must create the password.

NOTE: This field is required.

Stcode
This is a researcher defined ID code that can be used to track participants.  This ID will not be a participant’s primary system ID; instead, it is used by researcher to identify and track participant information such as which site they were recruited or by whom.

This field should only be assigned by researchers and will not be made available to participants.

NOTE: This is an optional field.

Baseline
This field should reflect the date a participant completed the first assessment.

NOTE: This is an optional field.

Consent
This is a field that has three options and should be used to record a participant’s consent status.  “Yes” indicates a participant is willing to participate in the study; “No” indicates he or she opted not to participate; “Test” indicates this is a test participant, i.e. a researcher reviewing the study prior to data collection.

graphic
This field is intended to be completed by the researcher or automatically by the system. When a participant completes a study using self-registration, Assessment Center will populate the Consent field with a Yes if they endorse the consent or, for studies which do not include a consent form, if they navigate to the login/password assignment page.
