PDF versions of all PROMIS instruments are available in Assessment Center in the Resources link in the upper left corner.  You can also use Assessment Center to administer PROMIS measures on a computer.  Each PROMIS instrument you add to your study will have a PDF version of the instrument on the Study Content page under the Instruments tab.
