Here is
information about the fields (features) on the Accrual
Dashboard.

Goal
Participants
|
The desired
sample size entered during Study Set-up.
|
Accessed
Study
|
The number of
participants who selected the Start button on Welcome page for the
study, i.e. moved to the next page of
study.

This number
gives a rough idea of how many people were initially interested in
the study and may provide a denominator value for response rate
calculations.

Registered
|
The number of
participants who have been assigned a login.

The count of
registered participants includes participants who have been
assigned a login via the data collection website and participants
who have had a login generated by research staff via the
Administration tab.

Started
|
The number of
participants who have navigated past the login and password
notification screen.
|
Completed
|
The number of
participants who have seen all the study
items.

The count of
completed participants does not assess whether a participant
provided a response to all items, i.e. items may have been skipped,
but then navigated through all the items in an
assessment.

If there are
multiple assessments in a study, a participant will not be counted
as complete until they have been completed each
timepoint.

Off
Study
|
The number of
participants marked as Off Study. This count is generated from the
off-study reason field on the Registration Detail
page.

A participant
should be taken off study if they will no longer complete the
study, should not to be contacted for any reason and do not want to
have their study data analyzed.

Refusal
|
The number of
participants who have refused to participate in this study.
Participants counted as “refused” did not wish to endorse the
consent form, never registered or took an assessment. This count is
generated from the consent obtained (response=no) field on the
Registration Detail page.
