(Questionnaire Summary). If a study includes any of the PROMIS
Profile instruments or PROMIS CATs from the following
domains: physical
function, depression, anxiety, pain interference, fatigue, sleep
disturbance, and satisfaction with participation in social
roles, Assessment
Center will automatically generate single time point reports for
each participant. If a report has been generated, a hyperlink (the
date a report generated) will appear below the report label. Click
on this date hyperlink to open the report as a
PDF.
If
no PROMIS Profile
instruments or PROMIS CATs from
applicable domains were included in the study this page will be
blank.
If
a participant does not complete the instrument, a report will not
be generated in the case of a PROMIS Profile instrument or, in the
case of PROMIS CATs, the incomplete domains will not appear on the
report.
