Fields: Preview Study Page
Here is information about the fields (features) on the Preview Study page of the Preview feature.
 
View Item Response Scores
Use the corresponding radio buttons to indicate whether you would like to see response scores during your study preview. 
Export
The button will create a csv file which can be opened or saved outside of Assessment Center. The Study Configuration Report contains details of your study set-up as detailed in the Advanced set-up tab, e.g. study arms, instrument blocks per arm/assessment, administration engine etc., and contains a time/date stamp.

It is recommended you save the report future reference.
 
Study Configuration Approval Checkbox
This field indicates that all elements in the Study Configuration Report are correct and have been approved.

This field must be checked before a study may be launched.
 
Preview Study
This button will launch your study into a preview of data collection.  You will be able to use a preview URL to view data collection pages as they would be seen by a study participant.

It is important to enter test data and do study exports to confirm data is being recorded as intended. All preview participants will appear in study exports with a consent value of 4. 
Preview Study Approval Checkbox
This field indicates you have reviewed your study from Preview mode and approve all study elements are functioning as intended.

Start Date
This label indicates the date in which the study will open.  This data was entered on the Basic Set-up page.
 
End Date
This label indicates the date in which the study will close.  This data was entered on the Basic Set-up page.
 
Contact Information
This label indicates the contact information that will be provided to participants on the study’s Welcome page.  This data was entered on the Basic Set-up page.
 
Study URL
This label indicates the study’s unique web address or URL (Uniform Resource Locator).   This data was entered on the Basic Set-up page.
 
Instruments errors - Inclusion of calibrated & uncalibrated items warning
This label identifies Item Bank/CAT instruments which include uncalibrated items. 

graphic Warning: The uncalibrated items will not be administered to participants as the selection engine would never choose that item. 
 
Instruments errors - CATs with items from multiple domains warning
This label identifies Item Bank/CAT instruments which contain items from more than one domain.

graphic Warning: CAT construction involves calibrating a unidimensional construct.  Consequently, if you have created a CAT from multiple constructs, it may be problematic.  
 
Instruments with duplicate items warning
This label identifies Item Bank/CAT instruments which share items.

You may consider using the No Duplicates function on the Arm/Assessment Detail Page to avoid giving a participant the same item multiple times.   
 
Translation Warnings
 
This label identifies items which do not have a translation uploaded.

 
No Instruments error
 
This error will appear if the current instrument does not contain any instruments. 

graphic Warning: A study cannot be launched if this error exists. Navigate to the Instruments tab to add or create items to resolve this error.  .
 
Missing Translation and Adminstration Method error
This error appears when an instrument within the study does not have a translation uploaded for all items and the instrument uses the Administration Method of Random or Branch.
graphic Warning: A study cannot be launched if this error exists. Navigate to the Instrument Detail page to upload missing translations or the Instrument Customization page to modify Administration Method.
