PIN	Unique ID participants use to access the system.
Stcode	Additional unique ID that automatically increments per study starting at 6000 unless otherwise assigned by the study team..
Consent	Study Consent (1=yes, 2=no, 3=test).
Status	Study status, i.e. whether a participant is on or off–study and the reason for being off.   1=Passed away 2=Moved and no forwarding address 3=No further verbal contact 4=Phone disconnected 5=Withdrew due to ill health 6=Withdrew following study explanation 7=Withdrew for other reasons 8=Withdrew, too tired to complete forms 9=Would not commit to an interview  This field will display a 0 if a participant remains on study.
Assessment	Data collection time point (e.g. assessment 1, assessment 2); default equals 1.
